Mixed experience nice service and good cable but misleading info on some other item and no reaction to email I sent about it after-sales...
Customer sent his first email to the wrong store, so we could never have read this. We reacted immediately (within minutes) on the second email and provided this customer some explanation and even improved the description text on our website accordingly.
